1. select the image that you want to have a border.
2. Use the Properties Inspector and type a number in pixels into the Border text box.

*note: to change the border color, drag to select the image and space around it and use the font tag or font color to set the border color. If the image will be a link, the border will take on the color of all links set for the page.
