Frames Panel:
The Frames panel helps you to select your frames once you make them.
1. To open the frames panel, select Window>Frames
The Frames panel appears (you will only see frames in this panel if your document
has frames in it)
2. Select a frame in the Frames panel to select it
3. Then you can save your frames or adjust their properties individually.
