Final. You will design your own animated shortat least 4 scenes
long with at least 6 storyboard panels) from a proposal to storyboards to
animatics and finally a realized piece. It must have dialog, sound effects,
tweening and frame by frame animation, etc. It must be at least 60 seconds long..
Minimum elements:
*2 sentence proposal

6 panels, 24 panel maximum)

*background art
*animated foreground artwork
