Use Slates, Handles, and Tails

Slates are the beginning still that gives information about the shot: show, episode, sequence, take, etc.

Tail frames (x frame) indicates that the shot has ended.

Handles include the slate, tail and usually a few extra frames in the beginning and end before the scene starts/ends for the editor.

Most of the time, there are around 5 frames in the beginning and 5 frames in the end of the scene as the handle
